Dear Bill and Steva,

How can Mike and I ever thank you for initiating, managing and covering the expenses associated with the stucco repair on our home?!

We continue to be amazed at your integrity and commitment to quality! Never could we have imagined when we bought this home four years ago, that we would be so incredibly fortunate to have a builder such as yourselves. Over the years we have had numerous professional contractors and personal friends comment on the quality of this house. We take the opportunity every time to tell them about the two of you. People are awestruck when I tell them of your principles and service and they certainly know who to go to if they ever want to build in Colorado Springs.

We’ve also noticed the contractors and subs who work for you seem to have the same respect and admiration for you and your work that we do. It seems so very rare to find people like you in residential construction.

As you know, we will be moving in May and if we could take this house with us we would, or if we could buy land in Peregrine, we’d undoubtedly have you build the home. We are honestly apprehensive about giving up the security we’ve enjoyed in knowing how well-built our home is and in knowing you both as not only our builder, but truly our friends. We don’t know how else to thank you but to have the honor of referring everyone we know to you!

Thank you for being so good to us. We certainly plan to stay in touch and look forward to talking with you both again soon.

Dear Bill and Steva,                                                                   

We have settled in to our beautiful home of nearly eight months and absolutely loving the end result.  The most important aspect of this home is that you gave us exactly what we wanted and made the process easy.  We  had an instant relationship of trust with you both.  We looked forward to every update and appreciated your keeping us in the loop.  We went about our regular schedules and never felt the need to hover.  You always addressed any concerns and questions and gave honest answers.  We knew of your reputation, both personally and professionally before we contracted with you and never considered another Builder.  (If you recall early in our meetings I said “just build it and let me know when you are done”.  I almost meant that! – CS)

It’s hard to believe that this time a year ago we were in the middle of making final decisions with the electricians, decorators, trim and low voltage experts and envisioning the final result.  We can honestly say that there are very few things we would do differently if we were to build again today.  The one thing we would positively do is build with Lankford-Fulton and refer our friends and clients to you without hesitation. 

Please feel free to encourage any potential clients to contact us personally.  You are free to give them our business phone numbers and we would welcome the opportunity to invite them to preview our home.  We feel like it’s your home, too!

Thank you so much for everything you did for us.  There were so many times you exceeded our expectations.  We also want to add that you have wonderful, personable employees working with you.   We wish you great continued success
